Illyasha "Illy" Peete, MBA, is the Principal and CEO of Catalyze and Cultivate Consulting, LLC (Triple C), a Black woman-led, Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBENC) specializing in inclusive, sustainable leadership with a focus on B-IDEAL.
Illy is a dynamic leader with a global perspective, holding an MBA in Global Management from Ashford University, a certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource, a Harvard certificate in Nonprofit Leadership, and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.
As a PAVE-trained expert in trauma-informed leadership and de-escalation, she brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to guiding organizations through transformation. Illy co-creates learning experiences and provides coaching for staff, boards, trustees, and leadership at all levels, working with sectors such as healthcare, climate, life sciences, food banks, and organizations serving the unhoused to drive culture shifts.
She is certified by the Extraordinary Teams Inventory (ETI), a certified leadership assessment with coaching to follow, helping organizations strengthen their teams and leadership effectiveness.
