CORE COMPETENCIES
PAST PERFORMANCE

City Harvest Food Bank Brooklyn, New York- 2025
Triple C implemented a cohort model at City Harvest that was co-designed to support leaders in enhancing their effectiveness and driving organizational success. This model provided coaching sessions and leadership development workshops aligned with co-created goals. Leaders reported learning to delegate and experienced significant growth in their capacity to inspire and lead their teams effectively.

Equity Is the Word-2023
Triple C supports this health-related organization by successfully integrating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) principles into its strategic plan, increasing the representation of people of color on its leadership team to 50% and boosting grant funding and individual donations by 34%. By updating its mission, vision, values, and equity statement and conducting group and individual listening sessions with interested parties, the organization developed a customized culture assessment tool that fostered a more inclusive approach to healthcare and demonstrated its commitment to community-centric care.

Alameda Health Systems 2024
Triple C developed a customized assessment tool for Alameda Health Systems to evaluate 5,550 team members, identifying opportunities, celebrating strengths, and building on successes. This assessment informed a strategy to integrate DEI principles into all workstreams, ensuring they are central to the organization's initiatives. Executive leadership and board cohorts were developed and facilitated, embedding equity, justice, and fairness in their practices and fostering a more inclusive culture. We continue to collaborate with the HR team to sustain these efforts.

African America Community Services Agency (AACSA) 2025
Triple C partnered with AACSA to redefine its mission, vision, and values to align with the community's needs and aspirations. Over the past six years, we have worked with the organization on team building, determining workstyles, leader and board development. Our most recent work involved co-creating and defining these elements with the executive team, board members, staff, community, and funders, ensuring the organization's direction was genuinely reflective and responsive to the people it serves. This inclusive approach strengthened connections and reinforced the agency's commitment to its community.
