Mission Statement
To provide B-IDEAL solutions to drive change within organizations and the community.
Organizational Values: B-IDEAL

Belonging:
Belonging is the feeling or sense of being accepted, valued, and connected within a group, community, or society. In an organizational context it goes beyond mere inclusion, as it is about individuals feeling that they are an integral part of the larger whole and that their presence is genuinely appreciated and respected. Belonging involves a deep sense of connection and attachment to a group, and it often leads to positive emotional well-being and a greater sense of identity and purpose.
Belonging is feeling connected and valued.

Inclusion:
Inclusion goes beyond numerical representation to ensure that diverse voices are heard, considered, and valued in decision-making processes; it works to balance power dynamics. Within an organization it refers to the emotional and psychological sense of attachment and connection to the workplace. It is important in creating environments where diverse backgrounds and perspectives are embraced, leading to richer discussions and better outcomes.
Inclusion is providing opportunities for participation and representation.

Diversity:
Refers to a wide range of variations in individuals' attributes, backgrounds, and values. This encompasses differences in race, ethnicity, body size/image, gender, age, religion, disabilities, socioeconomic status, educational background, experiences, and more. In an organizational context, diversity means actively recognizing and valuing these differences, ensuring all individuals feel represented and included. It challenges homogeneity and seeks to create environments where a multiplicity of voices can be heard and where differences are celebrated rather than merely tolerated.
Diversity is a variety of identities, perspectives, and experiences.

Equity:
The commitment to fair treatment, opportunity, and advancement for all while simultaneously striving to identify and eliminate barriers that prevent the full participation of historically excluded groups. Equity acknowledges that not all individuals start from the same place and/or have the same hurdles to overcome due to systemic disparities. Equity seeks to correct and address these imbalances. From and organizational standpoint, equity embodies the commitment to foster a workplace built on ensuring every member's perspectives and experiences are celebrated.
Equity is fairness in opportunity and treatment.

Access:
Ensures that all individuals can easily approach, enter, and utilize resources and opportunities, regardless of any potential barriers or challenges they may face. Organizationally, access is about creating open pathways for everyone to succeed. Also, it underscores the importance of operationalizing a proactive approach to breaking down barriers and eliminating systemic challenges that team members face. This is addressed by implementing policies, practices, and an infrastructure that ensures everyone can easily tap into the organization's resources and opportunities.
Access is just opportunities for resources and embracing the power of decision making.

Liberation:
Liberation is about dismantling oppressive systems and beliefs while creating spaces where everyone can flourish without fear of retaliation or restriction. It seeks to make space for individuals and communities to achieve their fullest potential, free from the constraints of discrimination and inequality. In the organizational context, it is the process freeing individuals and communities from systemic constraints, prejudices, and biases that hinder growth and the realization of each individual's potential.
Liberation is freedom from systemic constraints.
